We are working to become an Aerospace-approved bearing manufacturer. Already certified to ISO9001 standard, we anticipate including AS9100 in the near future. We can also supply AS9102 Aerospace First Article Inspection Reports, when requested, providing full traceability of raw materials and special processes as well as a full dimensional analysis.
Using SolidWorks, our bearing engineers create custom aerospace bearing solutions bespoke to each project to guarantee that the best result is obtained. All our projects are also supported by our propriety bearing application software to validate the theoretical performance as well as detailed reporting to better educate our customers and validate mission-critical decisions. Our technical assistance is also present in our FEA analysis, of which we have a unique understanding of how to decipher and subsequently optimise mechanical performance.
