Our UNASIS Portable Cutter Tool is utilised to cut the v-groove of a bearing, v-groove of a housing, or a retention sleeve. Throughout the process a cut is made on the lip to ensure it is able to be pressed out without harming the housing. The cutting tool is manufactured with a spring applying force on the cutter teeth, to ensure the operator does not control this force. This will help to reduce any expensive operational errors causing damage to the cutter teeth, and will ensure longevity of use.
