Our engineers use CAD software SolidWorks to design specialised and custom bearing solutions for each individual project. We use our own bearing application software that allows us to test theoretical bearing performance which supports our decision making. Our software provides detailed reports which can educate our customers and verify critical decisions. FEA analysis expands our technical assistance and our deep understanding of how to decipher data in order to optimize performance.
UNASIS manufacturers and supplies a vast array of bearing tools including, skating, cutting, proof loading, swaging, and break torque test tools. We also offer a UNASIS comprehensive aerospace bearing tool kit (for bearing removal and replacement as well as testing and calibration).
