The Process

The UNASIS Flat Roller Swaging Tool is utilised within a chamfered bearing and housing. To place the material onto the bearing and housing, a sacrificial sleeve is used. This tool is commonly used on the Boeing BAC5435. We can also offer the U-Roller Swaging Tool which is a common method for process specifications such as Airbus Specification 01-05-10.
